What a weekend!

What a great and busy weekend we had in Louisiana. Early Friday morning around 6:30, we left Houston on our way to Lafayette to John Sr's house. I fed Matthew his lunch and we followed each other to Baton Rouge to visit the Weldon family. They all enjoyed meeting Matthew, especially Great Grandma Peggy. We left there around 4:30 and headed up towards Shreveport to visit the Gray's. A stop in Alexandria at the Cracker Barrel was a perfect time to stop for dinner. We had a wonderful visit with the Gray family. We drove 865 miles between Friday and Sunday, returning home around 6:30 pm...
